Handy Productivity and Organisation Tools

Recently, I’ve been looking for new and helpful ways to help keep myself and my workflow on track. There is a sea of fantastic apps and digital productivity tools out there to help you stay organised and on-task and this week, I thought that I could share a few of them here in case they may help you too.

Fantastical

Fantastical is powerful digital calendar app that has become an essential component in how I manage my work every day.

Fantastical is more than a regular scheduling tool. Its intuitive interface makes adding events or reminders as easy as typing a sentence. I particularly love how it integrates my to-do list with my calendar, letting me block time for tasks, set deadlines, and even track progress with projects.

I personally use my iPad as a second screen where I will have Fantastical right there in front of me throughout the workday – it has definitely been a game-changer in managing my daily and longer-term tasks.

Notion

While Fantastical is my go-to for managing calendars and staying on top of my own work tasks, I know many people swear by the Notion app too. Notion offers a very versatile digital workspace that blends note-taking, managing tasks, calendars, and project tracking all in one place.

Notion is also highly customisable, allowing users to build everything from daily planners to full team dashboards and would work great for people who prefer a more visual approach to organising their work.

ClickUp

Another app that we use every day here at Caffeine Creative is ClickUp.

Similar to other app, this all-in-one productivity platform is designed to centralise your tasks, documents, communications, and project timelines in one intuitive interface. Whether you’re managing a small team or coordinating your own projects, ClickUp helps reduce the chaos.
