We have worked with Cardiff Theatrical Services (CTS) for many years on various projects. We have recently completed a rebuild of their website with a far more modern platform and better user experience, and looked at values and rebranding.

Cardiff Theatrical Services

Our current work with CTS is helping codify a set of values and querying the culture of the firm and their workplace practices. This is to ensure the values are not just some nice words on a poster that are then quickly forgotten.

This begins with three workshops consisting of the three main
departments and is an opportunity for the staff to have full involvement in the whole process—and also to properly understand how they see the firm and its potential, and its future.

The next set of workshops then focus on the management and directors, again for the same purposes, to see how things align.

From these workshops and discussions, we will create a set of values
and to create a cultural statement for the firm to adhere to, and measure up to, over time.

Following this, we will only then tackle the decision whether to rebrand and the extent of any rebrand—change of name or just visual changes to the brand ID and supporting materials. Further the new website will reflect how the firm wants to present itself to its market, its sales needs/ channels/opportunities etc., and the features needed within that for the future.

To create design without this full understanding can sometimes be
simply placing aesthetics above all else. Part of who we are is to work
with firms, marketing departments and individuals as a whole team to
create meaningful visual communications that support the organisation’s vision, values, and needs for years to come.

Further, we have been helping CTS reach out on social media, posting on their behalf and creating videos and more.

We’d love to chat and discuss your project’s needs…
